Kindbright will always listen and try to resolve any issues. Kindbright will never hold provided feedback against you. Kindbright will be continuously improving and taking feedback on board. A culture of feedback and customer service – connecting to the Kindbright difference means we embrace feedback and will take action quickly to resolve issues.

As a registered NDIS provider, and a registered Aged Care provider, we work within the Code of Conduct and Practice Standards of both agencies.

How can you make a complaint, give a compliment or provide other feedback?

  • Speak to a Kindbright worker: Let a Kindbright worker know that you have feedback.
  • Contact Our Support Centre: Call us at (08) 7226 1722 and speak to our Operations Lead.
  • Write down your feedback and send addressed to Kindbright: Room 507, Level 5/38 Gawler Pl Adelaide SA 5000.
